Fantastic and really beautiful place next to the lake. Down a short dirt road, nothing technical. Distance to the lake depends on the water level. Not really suited for swimming because of mud and plants. There is a sign at the beginning of the road stating all prohibitions. There is nothing said about overnight stays, so I assumed it would be fine, and it was. In the morning police drove by on the main road. DO NOT go beyond the path or onto the grass, there is a large sign saying those who do will be fined. Place is not very level, 2-4 degree slope, so keep that in mind. I was here on a Sunday evening and a few people came by to enjoy the views and take pictures of the lake. Monday morning was really calm. Only saw a farmer taking his hay bales. The main road is used during the day, but really calm at night. NO CELL SERVICE, so come prepared with a downloaded map to reach this place (not really hard to find though). Water fountain next to the main road (on the left side following west).
