Dirt area on the side of the road (ditch). Flat, without services. We found it as a place to sleep on the night of August 10, 2024, since we could not find anything in Chamonix... The Gendarmerie passed by on several occasions and did not say anything to us. There were more motorhomes and campers, so we went there. The main road is nearby and has quite a lot of traffic, although at night it slows down you can't help but hear it.
