Very narrow paved mountain road. Only suitable for vehicles up to 5 m. Hikers' parking lot for climbing on the Gridone. Excellent view of Lake Maggiore. Camping is generally prohibited. An absolute camping ban is signposted on the mountain road, among other places. Increased controls (and fines of 200 CHF!) After complaints from the locals.
