Small free parking (5-6 places) in an open space on the right on via Cave, from which the ancient VIA VANDELLI starts. Reachable by a narrow road first asphalted and then dirt (ok van, NO CAMPER !!). Starting point of well-marked CAI trails in the Apuan Alps. Note: just before the car park there is a statue on the right in memory of the women who during the Second World War walked the Via VANDELLI from Massa to Modena to exchange salt for flour.
