Marrubiu is a town with around 5000 inhabitants, around 10 km from the beach and 1 km from the motorway exit. On the right side (left coming from Marrubiu), there are 2 houses. The house on the left is a shell, the one on the right is us. Watch out for the Italian flag!!! There is a dirt road in between. Drive about 30 meters to the gate. Our private parking lot is about 1 km from the town center and is very easy to reach on foot. The place is on our inhabited property which is secured by a fence and a lockable gate. The parking lot is about 200 square meters (for a total of 3 parking spaces). Our outdoor shower (solar energy) and our sink can be shared (no toilets). Our place can be reached on foot and has a train station, bakery, butcher and supermarket. Idea: Leave your car safely with us for 2 nights and take a relaxed, stress-free train ride to Cagliari in 1 hour for €5.50! "Lovely, chicken-friendly" dogs are no problem. We also offer a simple but delicious evening meal (please ask for our menu) and you can also buy organic eggs from us. There is a free water source about 4 km away with excellent water quality and a great view. About us: We are an Italian/German couple and are happy to give information about our area.
