Camping Fontemaggio Assisi

Fontemaggio campsite and traditional Italian restaurant. Using a bungalow's bathroom and shower at this time of year, we were only charged for "adults" but not the pitch. Friendly welcome and in French. The magnificent site of the town of ASSISI (St Francis of Assisi) with its extraordinary cathedral listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site is only a 1 km walk from the campsite via a small traffic-free path, a delicious little pilgrimage ).
